Shipping Costs

WonderSpark offers free shipping on all orders over €20 within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day, provided the product is in stock.
If the product is out of stock, the delivery time is 4–7 business days.
We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your purchase without delay!

Order Confirmation

Every completed order is confirmed by email with an official order confirmation.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

This is only possible if you email us before 5:00 PM on the same day of placing the order at info@wonderspark.nl.
Please include your name, order number, and order date.
If your order is already being processed, cancellation is no longer possible at that stage — you can only return the package after receiving it.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
Click this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
You can also log in to our website and go to the Order History section to track your order.

Shopping at WonderSpark is completely secure.
Your data is fully encrypted via SSL servers, which protects it against unauthorized access. This means your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by third parties.
We comply with all privacy regulations and legal requirements.
We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return your order within 30 days.
We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding return shipping costs) once the product has been received in good condition.

Service & Warranty

If the product shows defects that were not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery. WonderSpark will assess the product and, if necessary, repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
During the repair period, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If WonderSpark determines that repair is not possible or not reasonable given the costs, we will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount.
Warranty claims are not valid if:

  • You do not follow WonderSpark’s instructions
  • You misuse or neglect the product
  • The product has been altered
